I am a practicing yoga enthusiast always looking for like-minded people to do yoga with.

You can be new to yoga or very experienced, important is your interest in yoga.

I have decades long experience with yoga and presently completing a private studio in my house where there are tall mirrors, hard wood floors , floor to ceiling windows, that look south to glittering waters of Lake Washington and comes equiped with a wood burning fireplace for hot room yoga and quality audio/visual equipment to aid learning.

I like to share the studio, to gather, learn teach and discuss benefits of yoga with all others who have the same interests and goals. This can be a great place to have "meetings "connect mentors with students, to form small private groups and to discuss and learn from each other.

 

Being a former dancer and a psychologist, I am developing a set of yoga-aided principles little room , "Infinite room" and “Unlearning” that quiets “Internal chatters”, blends mind-body awareness for graceful empowerment, novel regeneration of mind and body and other benefits. 

Yoga in Schw-asana provides a liquid state that can be directed and formed according to practitioners desires.

In other words psycho-plasty generated by yoga session can yield effective liquid state therapy.   

This type of yoga in later stages might result in a possible spiritual enlightenment and ascent as well.

 

I believe it is possible to maintain, renovate, reincarnate mind and body, using guided yoga routines, more efficiently than with routine mental/physical therapeutic methods.

If you havent obtained satisfactory results from lengthy psycho-therapy, I may suggest Yoga as an additional application.

Yoga may start new paths rather than revisiting past and correcting previous inefficient and wrong paths as some modern therapy methods suggest. You can unlearn past paths and start new ones.

Better yet, yoga when learned, can be utilized as a readily available private mental self-help tool chest when needed, in stress management, crisis, decision making and mental refreshment, etc.

 My yoga is mainly focused in self help mental health issues that can engender physical improvements as well.

'What mind wants body delivers'.

 If the mind can be freed from previous unsuccessful patterns by unlearning them, a very new path may develop and a new self can be reincarnated.

Yoga provides a liquid stage where most pre figured changes can be initiated successfully. 

Physical practice of yoga combined with skillful mental guidance, sets a liquid stage to form a new mind through facilitating unlearning/re-learning process.

Needless to say, Yoga can also be utilized to perfect what has advanced naturally. In other words , can put the final finishing touches to perfection that is you.

You can use yoga to enhance athletic performance, professional and interpersonal success, personal mental patterns and more.
